The Meadows at Middlesex is the preferred course of play for Middlesex county cardholders looking for value golf. The facility, acquired by the County in 2014, exudes a vintage feel starting with its practice area.
Designed by Joe Finger (1972) and finished by Tom Fazio (1980), The Meadows is one of the more challenging munis in New Jersey. The fairways are tight, and the greens are well-guarded and always in solid shape.
Perfect for an early morning walk or a twilight round with some drinks in hand, holes weave through homes and cut through the woods. The par-5, 12th, and the par-3, 17th are our favorite holes on the course.
Be sure to pick up a pre or post-round bagel at Bagel Street Grill, a neighborhood gem.
