Rainy day golf. Shipwrecked is located in an unassuming warehouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn, and was our answer to our tee-time getting rained out.
The course was reclaimed and recycled - removed from an outdoor location in Maryland and driven to Brooklyn. It was cleaned and refurbished before opening as an indoor course in 2016.
Although geared towards kids, there are beers on tap and a “Tiki Terrace” for adults to hang out on. The course itself is entertaining and more challenging than most mini-golf courses. We will definitely be coming back to break par.
Post-round meal: Brooklyn Ice House. One of our favorite bars in BK - grab some beers and a pulled pork sandwich, and hang the rest of the day in their backyard.
