Designed, owned, and played by locals. Guests are welcomed warmly.
The course has a ton of personality along with some fascinating history. In 1998 a small plane made an emergency landing on the 2nd hole, skidding down the fairway and tearing up the green before crashing into the woods. Fortunately, nobody was hurt.
Support the Wounded Warriors Foundation by attempting Old South’s 19th Hole Challenge. Donate $5 and receive 12 floating golf balls to chip to the island green. If your ball hangs on, you’ll win $10 to spend at the restaurant on-site.
